A turnkey installation is the complete delivery, installation of a Builtsure structure for a fixed price. Typically, turnkey installations include project management, scheduling, delivery, installation, and in some cases removal.  Builtsure believes that a turnkey installation ensures our clients a hassle free way to install their structure.  Our Project Managers organize equipment, manpower, transportation, provide site evaluation and can design an installation schedule around the needs of the project.  Builtsure contracts only qualified, professional equipment companies and labor resources, and with a Builtsure Technical Consultant available throughout the entire process, we can ensure our clients the highest quality, on-time installations in the industry.

The most common installation method is customer supplied labor and equipment directed by a Builtsure technical consultant. For customers who prefer to use their own employees or local labor unions, Builtsure will provide a Technical Consultant inclusive of specialty tools to oversee the entire installation process. Our consultants are experts in erecting fabric structures and can quickly train customer work crews, maximizing their production. Builtsure Technical Consultants can be supplied with Certification in a number of regulatory and OSHA programs and all have completed a thorough internal safety program. The customer will be responsible for the supply of all required equipment. Builtsure Tech Reps are available at $575/day plus travel expenses.

Every Builtsure structure is a fully engineered frame system built to the highest standards in the industry and in full conformance with ASCE and new regulations being proposed. Builtsure offers its clients full engineering services for permit application, customization and unique applications. Each standard structure comes complete with engineer-stamped calculations for permit submission and additional services can be added at any time. Customizing your Builtsure structure is easy and no project is too difficult; we have structures that float, fly and roll, all of which are engineered to the highest quality standards. Builtsure prides itself on having the most structurally sound pre-engineered structures in the industry and one of only a few true all weather enclosures.

Where installation is to be coordinated with other contractors, site restrictions are possible, special permits are required or you want an integrated solution with all your contractors, Builtsure offers a total Project Management solution. Builtsure offers Project Management services as an add-on service to our clients to include: Pre-contract site surveys and structure layout/design Foundation installation Integrated HAVC, electrical and lighting packages Coordination with General Contractor Permitting and Fire Marshall approvals of the temporary facility Permitting and Fire Marshall approvals of the temporary facility Coordination of installation of all structures and services

Builtsure is fully capable of submitting rendered drawings for your future project. Builtsure’s design team is proficient in AutoCAD and are fully capable of providing concept drawings or full engineered shop drawings and details. At Builtsure we have the ability to take your concept and turn it into a reality. For an additional fee, 3D animation and fly-through is available to our customers.
