SUPRA SPAN SERIES
The BuiltSure S-Span Series of pre-engineered structures offer multiple profiles to a whole host of applications with versatility and efficiency.
The BuiltSure S-Span Series are pre-engineered tension fabric structures with a steel truss frame and are currently designed to clearspan widths of up to 70m wide at varying eave and peak heights. With design options such as higher peak or eave heights, lightweight or hard walling systems, doors and with the capability for rigging or conveyor systems that can be suspended from the truss. Each and every S-Span can be designed to suit individual client application requirements.
The S-Span Series is manufactured using high grade structural steel sections fabricated into two chord lace truss systems in either straight, curved or arched profiles. The truss system is designed with shipping in mind and ease of installation. Truss sections fit onto standard flat bed trucks or into shipping containers with ease and the entire sections bolt together to form the structural framing system.
The S-Span series is clad using premium Ferrari 802S membrane that comes standard with a 15-year warranty in four colors. BuiltSure has a unique proprietary tensioning system that allows for quick and safe installation using large panels.
The combination of the framing and proprietary fabric panel tensioning system creates speed of installation advantages while the design of the S-Span as a permanent or semi-permanent application has the potential to be completely relocatable to another location.
